Return and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing customers with high-quality wigs. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our return policy below.


1. RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
✅ The product is unused, intact, and shows no signs of being worn or styled.
✅ The original packaging, seals, tags, and included accessories remain intact.
✅ The return request is submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
✅ A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

🔴 Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for wigs that have been used, cut, styled, dyed, or show any damage caused by the customer.


2. RETURN PROCESS

📌 Step 1: Contact us via email shairsco@gmail.com or +1 251 320 8580 to submit a return request.
📌 Step 2: Receive return instructions and the return address from our support team.
📌 Step 3: Carefully pack the product and send it back to us following the provided instructions.
📌 Step 4: Once we inspect and confirm the product meets the return conditions, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Processing time: 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the return. Please allow an additional 3 to 9 business days for the bank to credit the amount to your account.


3. RETURN COSTS

🚚 Return shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue or the wrong item was sent.
💰 Restocking fee (if applicable): Some products may be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

🚫 Wigs that have been used, have an unusual smell, have been styled, or contain styling products.
🚫 “Final Sale” or discounted products.
🚫 Orders exceeding the 15-day return window.
🚫 Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
🚫 Due to their nature, accessory items are final sale and cannot be returned.


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

💡 If you wish to cancel your order, we will accommodate your request under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
